For patients who have insurance, the amount of your deductible and estimated co-pay is due at the time of service.  Please remember that no insurance company covers 100% of all dental expenses. Also realize that if you have two insurance carriers, you may be covered only under the primary insurance because of a "non-duplication clause."

With the information your insurance company provides us, we will do our best to provide you with an estimate of your co-pay prior to your appointment. As a courtesy we will gladly process your insurance claims and estimate the amount not covered by your insurance. All incurred charges are ultimately the responsibility of the patient regardless of insurance coverage. Please notify our office of any change in insurance coverage.
