Our office will schedule your periodic hygiene appointment in advance depending on the best schedule for your continuing dental care.  We will remind you of your appointment with a post card two weeks prior to your scheduled visit.  We request that you call our office to confirm your appointment. Those patients scheduled for restorative work will receive a courtesy phone call one day in advance to confirm your appointment.  Please keep our office aware of any address or phone number changes.

 Missed Appointment Policy

Without a 24 hour notice of cancellation, we will charge a $25 broken appointment fee. We may deny care to any patient that breaks more than two appointments. We always do our best to keep your family happy and on schedule because we know that your time is as valuable as ours.
